Deck Finder – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DeckFinder (“Service”), a web application operated by IceFyre (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service at demo.deckfinder.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email and company name.

2. Trial Access

• Upon registration, you receive a free 30-day trial license.
• During this period, you may upload up to 10 presentation files.
• After 15 days, your license automatically expires, and all stored files are permanently deleted from our system.
• Trial access is provided “as-is” and may be suspended or revoked at our discretion.
• Should a paid version become available in the future, you will be clearly notified and given the opportunity to opt-in before any billing occurs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you don’t own or have permission to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service.

4. Data Privacy & Security

• Your uploaded content is accessible only to you.
• Files are stored securely on our privately managed servers, in access-restricted environments. No public or external access to storage endpoints is permitted.
• All communication with the Service is protected via TLS encryption.
• We do not scan, index, analyze, or share your files with any third parties.
• We collect only essential user data (email address and company name) required to maintain your account and license.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Deck Finder platform remain with IceFyre.
• You retain ownership of the files you upload but grant us a limited license to store and display them for your authenticated session only.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for continuous availability but offer no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
• Trial accounts are automatically deactivated after 15 days, and all uploaded content is permanently deleted from our systems.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
• IceFyre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Serbian courts.
